This release is available through the auto-update facility in the Ctrl [A] About Box if you have v2.2.2 or later and the libeay32.dll
and ssleay32.dll files in your MMP folder.
These release notes can be read from the What's New? button in the About Box after the auto-update has completed.
Use Shift-[\] to open the MMP config dialog
New
[Tab] key to advance a video (or audio) by one second. Holding down the [Tab] key will rapidly fast forward through an entire video (or audio). Alternatively, Ctrl-[Tab] will do the same in reverse.[Shift]-[Tab] which will advance by 2 seconds, or [Ctrl]-[Shift]-[Tab] which will reverse by 2 seconds.[T], Shift-[T] or CapsLock On-[T] to tab 1/100th, 1/50th or 1/200th the duration of the media file. The indicator in the bottom right corner will notify you how many seconds you are skipping.Numlock ON, the tab functions will operate on all running instances of MMP.Fixed
In the Ctrl-[E] Timeline Editing facility, the timestamp position of the cursor should be displayed in seconds, e.g….
Somewhere along the line, this panel stopped showing. This has now been fixed. Note that you can click this item to switch between showing the cursor position in seconds or HH:MM:SS
